Knight Finishes State Runnerup in Cross Country – both Boys and Girls Teams Place

Lanie Jo Knight finished runner-up in the 4A Cross Country Championships this past Saturday with a time of 18:23. The Girls finished 13th as a team. Joey Teachout’s 11th place finish paced the boys team as they finished 9th. Both Knight and Teachout made the all-state team. Riverside won both the boys and girls championships.

The Rock Hill Cross Country Teams participated this weekend at the Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic at the Sandhills Course in Columbia and performed well.
