Rock Hill High School Fall Short Against Woodmont High School, 57-52. On a three-pointer from Xan Rowland, Woodmont High School locked down their lead in the third quarter. Rock Hill High School pulled ahead early, claiming a 22-18 lead at the half, but Woodmont High School came back for the victory. Rock Hill High School finished strong, adding 21 points in the final quarter. However, it was not enough to close the point gap. Both teams played aggressive games, with Rock Hill High School picking up 27 fouls while Woodmont High School had 24. Rikoya Anderson lead the Bearcats with 21 points, sinking the most baskets during the fourth period, earning seven points for Rock Hill High School. Jasona Ballard achieved double digits, scoring 12 points for Rock Hill High School (3-for-7). Also contributing for Rock Hill High School were Abrianna Green (9 points, 12 rebounds, 5 steals), MaKenna Thompson (6 points, 2 rebounds, 1 steal), Canijah Taylor (2 points), and Breya Busby (2 points, 1 rebound). Rock Hill High School finished the game with 42 rebounds (20 offensive / 22 defensive), two blocks and 11 steals. The Lady Bearcats finished the season with a record of 20-5. Great season, Ladies!!
